The participants of the 37th Specialized Diplomatic Course attended a two day long International Conference on ‘Achieving Peace in Afghanistan: Challenges and Prospects’ organized by the Islamabad Policy Research Institute (IPRI) in collaboration with the Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF). A number of Speakers including representatives/ delegates from Kabul, Washington, Tehran, Beijing, Belfast, and Moscow shared their perspectives on this occasion. Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs opened the Conference, while the Foreign Secretary made the concluding address.
