A short orientation course on "Administrative & Financial Matters", was held at the Academy aimed at apprising the participants of relevant rules and regulations, financial powers and limitations of HOC/DDO and other officers at the Mission, conduct of VVIP visits, Implementation of Projects, Reaching out and hospitality, Consular work as well as dealing with expatriate community. In addition to the mid career diplomats nominated by the Ministry, probationary officers also attended the course.
