A Webinar on "Regional Security: Current Balances and Risks" was jointly hosted by Foreign Service Academy, Islamabad and The Diplomatic Institute of Portugal. Amb. Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry, Former Foreign Secretary and Former Ambassador of Pakistan to the USA and Mr. Jorge Montiero, Director of Security and Defence Service, Portugal MFA gave their respective views. The probationary officers of the 42^nd SDC benefited greatly with their participation.
